Terms & Conditions
Motor Carrier – General Freight

These Terms & Conditions govern transportation services provided by JT:103 Freight Management, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company operating as a for-hire motor carrier under authority issued by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).
Carrier Authority
JT:103 Freight Management, LLC operates solely as a motor carrier and does not act as a freight broker, freight forwarder, or 3P
Services
The Company provides general freight transportation services in interstate and/or intrastate commerce using Company-operated or Company-leased equipment.
Bills of Lading
All shipments are subject to the terms of the applicable bill of lading, these Terms & Conditions, and applicable federal law, including the Carmack Amendment (49 U.S.C. § 14706).
Cargo Liability
Carrier liability for cargo loss or damage, if any, shall be determined in accordance with federal law and the terms stated in the bill of lading or transportation agreement. The Carrier shall not be liable for consequential, incidental, or special damages unless required by law.
Claims
All cargo claims must be submitted in writing within the time limits prescribed by federal law. Failure to comply may result in denial of the claim.
Transit Times
Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The Carrier shall not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including weather, mechanical failure, traffic, labor disputes, acts of God, or shipper/receiver delays.
Payment Terms
Payment terms, rates, and accessorial charges shall be agreed upon prior to shipment and documented in writing or on the bill of lading.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Owner-Operator Onboarding Disclaimer

This Owner-Operator Onboarding Disclaimer applies to all individuals or business entities (“Owner-Operator,” “you,” or “your”) seeking to lease equipment to or operate under the motor carrier authority of JT:103 Freight Management, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Independent Contractor Relationship
Owner-Operators who lease equipment to or operate under JT:103 Freight Management, LLC do so as independent contractors, not as employees, agents, or partners of the Company. Nothing contained on this website or during the onboarding process shall be construed to create an employer-employee relationship, joint venture, or partnership.
No Guarantee of Work or Earnings
Submission of an application or onboarding documents does not guarantee approval, dispatch availability, minimum miles, revenue, or continued engagement. All dispatch opportunities are subject to availability, compliance status, and operational needs.
Compliance Requirements
All Owner-Operators must maintain full compliance with applicable FMCSA regulations, Georgia law, and Company safety policies, including but not limited to:
Valid CDL (if applicable)
Medical certification
Drug & alcohol testing requirements
Vehicle inspections and maintenance
Hours of Service (HOS) compliance
Insurance requirements
Failure to maintain compliance may result in denial of onboarding or termination of the lease agreement.
Equipment & Insurance
Owner-Operators are responsible for providing roadworthy equipment that meets all federal and state safety standards. Proof of required insurance coverage must be maintained as specified in the lease agreement and Company policy.
Onboarding Information Accuracy
All information submitted during onboarding must be truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in disqualification or termination.
No Legal or Tax Advice
Information provided during the onboarding process or on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice. Owner-Operators are encouraged to consult their own professionals regarding independent contractor status and tax obligations.
Right to Refuse or Terminate
JT:103 Freight Management, LLC reserves the right to accept or reject any Owner-Operator application at its sole discretion and to terminate any lease arrangement in accordance with the terms of the applicable lease agreement and federal regulations.
